Dispatching your order
All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Packages are shipped from Madagascar via DHL, and you will receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.
Shipping fees are not included in the item prices. They are automatically calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and volume. You will see the final delivery cost before confirming your order.
We recommend grouping all items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them individually.
Special care is taken with packaging, especially for fragile items. Boxes are sized appropriately to ensure optimal protection during transit.
